Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure items do not have any sign of wear, including but not limited to make up, deodorant, skin shedding, or any other markings which would make them unfit for sale. All returns are inspected by our team and in the rare event that an item is returned to us in a manner that does not meet this criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund and/or return the item(s) back to you, at your expense.

If your order contains a printed invoice, please do not attach these to the plastic or cardboard packaging of the products as this will then deem the productable unsellable. In the event this is done, we will charge a fee for repackaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on returned items from outside the UK.

For returns from marketplaces, please contact us through the  marketplace for more details regarding the relevant return policy. Pre-paid return labels will not be supplied for eBay returns, Secret Sales returns, or briefs purchased on Amazon.

For UK Returns, please post to the following address:

UK customers shopping direct on our website have access to FREE returns. When you order, you will have receive a returns label. All you need to do is re-package any items you no longer need, attach the returns label onto the package and scan it in at your local Post Office. It's important that you receive a scan for the package, so we highly recommend doing this at the Post Office, where you can see the package being scanned. After that, leave it with us to sort out the rest!

Please note we only offer one returns label per order, so please ensure all items you no longer need are returned at the same time.

When returning an order, please request proof of postage from your local postal service (receipt), along with a service that has proved delivery (tracked or signed).

This returns address does not proactively refund as it is managed by a third party. Please contact customer service with your tracking number to show delivery to the address (along with which items in your order that you are returning) and we will process the refund.

*Please note that we can only accept returns to the US address from US resident customers. Returns sent from other countries will not be accepted.

When returning an order, please request proof of postage from your local postal service.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

UK only: When requesting an exchange, we can only provide exchanges for the same product in a different size. Please check with a member of our customer support team if we have the size you need before shipping.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

US and International: We do not offer exchanges, please follow our returns policy and place new order if alternative size is required.

Refunds

Please allow 7-14 days for both delivery and the processing of your return. Once we have confirmed that the item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount onto the original card used for payment. You will also be notified when this happens. 

Please note that we can only provide a refund back onto the card that was used to make payment.
