Shipping policy

At BraForMe, we know how exciting it is to treat yourself and we know how great the feeling of a parcel arriving is. This is why we ship internationally as well as throughout the UK, aiming to always get your order out to you as quickly as possible with the shipping option that suits you best.

Our Shipping Process

  • All of our orders are shipped between 24-48 hours* of placing your order using the most convenient postal service for your location (this excludes weekends).
  • Subject to our stock levels, orders received before 1pm BST on weekdays will be sent on the same day*. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.
  • If there’s any delays with your order (for example, we need to confirm your details or need to order additional stock), we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations. You can see our Refund & Returns Policy here. 

*Dispatch time frames are subject to stock availability. Whilst we aim to dispatch your order in 24-48 hours, there may be some delays during busy periods.

On occasion, our shipping times might be delayed due to peak periods or other external events. If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t arrived in the delivery window shown above, please contact us.

Where We Ship To

We offer shipping services to the United Kingdom, Europe (excludes countries outside of the European Union), United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For information on shipping costs, please see below.

United Kingdom

*Orders must be placed before 13:00 (BST) to ensure they are eligible for Next Day Delivery

European Union

TAXES AND DUTIES PAID ON ORDERS UNDER €150 
We offer a Taxes and Duties paid service (IOSS) on orders below €150 (including shipping costs) sent to the European countries listed above. Please ensure you review your basket at checkout. BraForMe is not liable to pay taxes and duties on any orders over €150.
You are responsible for understanding your country's custom and duties. BraForMe can not advise on Taxes and Duties for any orders over €150.

Rest of World

  • We offer a local US returns address. To find out more about this, please visit our returns and refunds policy.
  • All international services are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you are responsible for paying any potential local import and customs fees. This excludes any countries listed in the European Union shipping table. 
  • The De Minimis Threshold for US is $800, meaning orders under this value will not be charge Duties or Tax.  
  • You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes when you receive your order. 

Please note 'Business Days' excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
